I don’t think it’s necessary to be distrustful of all PLR writers. There may be a few disreputable ones out there, but most of us work hard at our PLR packages and get very little in return.

Everything I’ve ever written is original, but for some of my packages, if you use CopyScape you will find some of my PLR articles published. Why? Because people buy them and use them. Using CopyScape is not a good way to verify their uniqueness. Some of the packages have never sold, but some have. If you buy PLR you have to expect that as a part of the process.

LShep….I could not agree more. There are some very good PLR writers out there… I know a few. However, there are some that are not and everyone should be aware of that possibility.

Copyscape may not be the best judge of uniqueness but it is a good starting point when your investigating a brand new PLR source. My point here is if you purchase multiple articles and all score high for duplicate content then you have a good idea of the word you should expect.

Great Comment LShep…. Thank you!
